Project Manager – Custom Product
Project Managers at Booth Brothers Homes are supported and encouraged to approach their projects with an entrepreneurial spirit. As an essential member of the Build Team, this person will be responsible for managing the construction phase of our custom product production in the North DFW area. 4 year degree, 3+ years relevant experience, aptitude for organization, and drive to achieve are essential qualifications.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager position is a full-time opportunity as a member of the Booth Brothers Homes Build Team. You will play a very important role in scheduling and coordinating projects, collaborating with the Build team and our trade partners, maintaining quality and accuracy of projects, and communicating with clients. Requirements include 4-yr degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and strong organization and communication skills.
The Purchasing Manager position is a full-time opportunity as a member of the Booth Brothers Homes Build Team. Your work will involve negotiating pricing and buying channels, establishing goals for direct costs and price reduction initiatives, communicating with subcontractors and maintaining these positive vendor relationships. Additionally, this position manages the starts process for all new homes. Requirements include 4-yr degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience, a strong sense of drive, with great organization and communication skills.
The Sales Manager position is a full-time opportunity as a member of the Booth Brothers Homes Team. Your work will involve actively cultivating and tracking leads, communicating with prospective buyers in a variety of ways, and closing sales. Ability to understand a buyer’s wishes, and knowledgeably presenting home plans and community details, all while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process will be critical responsibilities. Requirements include a 2 or 4-yr degree in relevant field; 4+ years of experience in new and/or custom home sales; Active Texas Real Estate License; a quick and responsive working style; and exceptional communication skills.
